SUBMISSION GUIDELINES


IC-CVSCON 2026 welcomes papers related to the conference theme, Cognitive, Green and Ubiquitous Computing. For further information, please refer to the Call for Papers.


The following instructions should be followed to make a successful submission:

Paper Size:


All submissions should be written in English with a maximum paper length of Six (10) printed pages including figures and references. Additional pages per paper above the Ten(10) page limit will be charged at a rate of 1,100 Indian rupees per page respectively.Papers exceeding pages will not be accepted at IC-CVSCON 2026.

Paper Format:


NOTE: Manuscripts that do not conform to the formatting guidelines will be removed from further consideration without review.

IC-CVSCON 2026 Submission Policies:

  • Papers that do not comply with the template or number of pages will be rejected without revision.
  • Papers that fall out of conference scope will be rejected without revision.
  • Papers with high plagiarism will be rejected without revision.
  • All accepted papers should be presented.
  • Authors of accepted papers cannot be changed.
  • Accepted papers should be revised according to the review comments in order to proceed to the further registration step.
  • All manuscripts submitted to IC-CVSCON 2026 will undergo a peer-review process and the submitted manuscript will be reviewed by at least three reviewers. The review process will be double-blind.
  • The page limit for papers is a minimum of 3(Three) pages and a maximum of 10(Ten) pages Additional pages per paper above the Ten(10) page limit will be charged at a rate of 1,100 Indian rupees per page respectively.
  • The acceptance of the paper will be released after completion of peer review process.

Note that the same rules apply to your own previously published work. When in doubt, include a citation.

Elsevier Policies:


Before submitting the paper, it should be checked for plagiarism using licensed plagiarism tools such as Turnitin. The content similarity should not exceed 10%. In an article, any type of self-plagiarism or plagiarism from others' work(s) should be avoided. If you incorporate a model, concept, figure, table, data, or concluding statement from a previously published work, make sure to correctly cite the source research work. Also, the language you use to explain it should not be the same as the language used in the research work from which you adapted it. The new submission with a similar title to a published article will be considered as 100% plagiarism. It will be desk rejected. You should get permission from the copyright owners before utilizing any copyrighted material..

Use of generative AI and and AI-assisted technologies in scientific writing:


    We advise authors to read policy for authors on the use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies for Elsevier.

Publications and Indexing:


    Full and Short papers will be Double-blind reviewed by the scientific committee and externel reviewers. All accepted papers of International Conference on Machine Learning and Data Engineering will be published in Procedia Computer Science, Journal by Elsevier .

About Indexing:


    All Accepted and Presented Contributions will be indexed in Web of Science, Scopus, ACM Guide to Computing Literature, INSPEC, Engineering Information Compendex and it will be available on Sciverse ScienceDirect. Procedia Computer Science has an h-index of 152 and it has a citescore of 4.1.

Important Point for Authors:


    Authors are advised to mention following as DECLARATION before the Reference section if authors are using any non-benchmark images/data and not able to cite the source of these. "We have taken permission from competent authorities to use the images/data as given in the paper. In case of any dispute in the future, we shall be wholly responsible."
